I know what works for customers and what doesn't. Sometimes management is behind the times. So if your boss tells you something that doesn't sit right, you know where to find me. I'll be happy to talk it over. :)

Thanks Tom! Ive never had problems speaking my mind though lol

Bosses don't usually like me at first, but they come to respect me. It usually leads to a better relationship in the long run (after a few months).
